UPON TESTING BATTERY ON HAND HELD MIDTRONICS UNIT POUND THAT IT WAS BAD AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. BATTERY TESTED ©11.0VOLTS, AND 51CCA . THE PANEL KEEPS BLOWING FUSES. BLEW THE POWER IN THE BEDROOM AND THE A/CS. * A possible power surge or incorrect incoming voltage to the trailer where it gets plugged into normally. Pulled breaker panel off and checked all connections and tested for voltage. 123 VAC on all breakers from hot to ground and hot to neutral 0 VAC ground to neutral. 13.6 VDC on all fuses. CORRECTION: WORK COMPLETED No issue found. |

IS DEFECTIVE AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED CONCERN - RR TEMP SENSOR AND WATER EXTRA LABOR REASON - TECH STATES ONCE UNIT CAME INTO SERVICE HE HAD TO PERFORM MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL DIAGNOSTIC. TECH NOTED HE WENT OVER RELAYS. CONNECTION POINTS TO HARNESS AND RAN UNIT ON BUDS FOR FAULT CODES. TECH CHECKED TEMP SENSOR AND REPLACED WITH ONE WE HAD IN HOUSE. ONCE COMPLETED. TECH BROUGHT OUT TO WATER AND TEST FOR 1 HOUR TO INSURE SKI WAS OPERATING AS INTENDED. |
UPON INSPECTION THE TECH STATES THE TEMP SENSOR AND MUFFLER HAVE SIGNS OF OVER HEAT AND NEED TO BE REPLACED * CAUSE - THE TEMP SENSOR IS DEFORMED AND DID NOT ALARM THE SYSTEM AND THE MUFFLER IS DEFORMED AS WELL. CORRECTION - RR MUFFLER AND TEMP SENSOR AND WATER TEST UNIT TO VERIFY THE UNTI IS OPERATING PROPERLY |

THE FURNACE/HEATER HAS AN AWFUL BURNING PLASTIC SMELL THAT FILLED THE ENTIRE TRAILER AND WOULD NOT GO AWAY, SEEMS TO GET WORSE. FOUND STYROFOAM IN THE VENT. ALSO, THE BLOWER MOTOR IS NOT RUNNING, AND THE AIR DOES NOT BLOW OUT. THIS CAUSES THE AREA BY THE FURNACE TO GET EXCESSIVELY HOT. * Piece of clear tape at vent connection. Remove all vents from the furnace, Remove the basement wall panel, Remove the plastic tape from the vent, And reinstalled all components |
