THEY HAVE TO ADD COOLANT EVERY 2 DAYS * VERIFIED CONCERN, COOLANT LEVEL
LOW, NO TSB'S OR DTC'S. ADDED DYE TO COOLING SYSTEM, TOPPED OFF COOLANT,
PRESSURE TESTED SYSTEM. FOUND COOLANT LEAKING FROM BELL HOUSING AREA,
UNABLE TO CLEARLY PINPOINT EXACT LOCATION. USING BORO-SCOPE, EXAMINED
TURBOCHARGER FITTINGS, VALLEY PLATE, FLEXPLATE EXTENSION HOUSING, BACK OF CYLINDER THE HEADS ARE ALL GOOD NO LEAKS. UNDER VEHICLE AFTER EXAMINING OIL COOLER CLOSER, FOUND GASKET ON RIGHT SIDE APPEARS TO BE PINCHED AND PARTIALLY STICK-NG OUT ALLOWING COOLANT TO LEAK OUT OF BLOCK AND RUN DOWN BELL HOUSING. REMOVED OIL COOLER AND VERIFIED GASKET PINCHED, POSSIBLY DURING ASSEMBLY PROCESS AND PRESSURE OF COOLING SYSTEM DURING RUNNING FORCED GASKET OUT AND CAUSED LEAK. REPLACED OIL COOLER GASKETS, RE-ASSEMBLED OIL COOLER AND INSTALLED TO VEHICLE, BLED AIR FROM COOLING SYSTEM AND TOPPED OFF. ROAD-TESTED VEHICLE TO VERIFY REPAIR COMPLETED. |

NOTICED NEAR PASSENGER AREA DOOR. * REPLACED TURBOCHARGER COOLANT FEED PIPE COOLANT RETURN PIPE DUE TO COOLANT LEAKS UPON INSPECTION FOUND COOLANT LEVEL LOW, RESERVOIR NEARLY EMPTY, RAISED VEHICLE ON HOIST AND INSPECTED FOR TRACES OF A LEAK, FOUND COOLANT LEAKING DOWN RIGHT HAND SIDE OF TRANSMISSION BELL HOUSING, APPLIED COOLING SYSTEM PRESSURE TESTER AFTER ADDING COOLANT TO PROPER LEVEL, USING A MIRROR AND A LIGHT FOUND COOLANT LEAKING UNDERNEATH FROM UP NEAR UNDER TURBO AND UP-PIPES AT COOLANT FEED PIPE, INSPECTED IN ENGINE BAY AND ALSO FOUND COOLANT LEAKING FROM COOLANT RETURN PIPE ON RIGHT HAND SIDE OF TURBO, BOTH PIPES ONCE REMOVED APPEAR TO BE CRACKED AT MATING FLANGES CAUSING COOLANT TO LEAK |
Multiple coolant leaks on engine cooling system. * clamps not tight from the factory. Found each coolant leak. Tightened assoc. clamps. Cleaned/pressure washed engine. Ran engine to verify no further leaks - none noted. |
vehicle IS leaking coolant, from the driver side reservoir after the car
was sitting for a little while. * bled air from the cooling system,
pressure tested cooling system, performed a pressure test on both cooling system caps, found cooling system caps failed pressure test replaced both cooling systems caps topped off cooling system and test drove vehicle and also allowed the vehicle to sit and idle for 15 min. to confirm repairs. |

REMOVE UNDERTRAY, PPMOVE BOTH DRIVE BELTS. REMOVE SUPER CHARGER, R&R INLET-OUTLET PIPE R&R WATER PUMP. FILL COOLANT CLEAN ENGINE BAY. PERFORM TEST DRIVE. |
VEHICLE LEAKING COOLANT PRIOR TO, NOTICED * "LOW ENGINE COOLANT" MESSAGE LIGHT CAME ON & UPON INSPECTION FOUND COOLANT LEVEL LOW.. TOPPED OFF COOLANT.. THIS MORNING NOTICED LEAKING COOLANT ON TO GARAGE FLOOR .. MOSTLY ON RIGHT SIDE OF VEHICLE. Heater feed pipe from thermostat is leaking. Pressure tested the system found the hose running from the thermostat to the heater circuit to be leaking. Replaced the leaking hose, filled via vacuum, and re pressure tested. No leaks. Road tested the vehicle no Issues during road test. At this time no further coolant leaks. |

THE COOLANT LIGHT CAME ON, WAS BOTH RED AND YELLOW BUT IS NOT CURRENTLY ON . * Upper radiator hose leaking Fill and pressure test engine cooling system. Replace the upper radiator hose, bleed the cooling system, and re-test. Road test. No coolant leaks noted at this time. |

THE COOLANT EXPANSION TANK. NO LEAKS DETECTED. INSPECTED THE COOLANT
EXPANSION NECK. COOLANT EXPANSION TANK NECK IS DEFECTIVE. RECOMMEND TO REPLACE THE COOLANT EXPANSION TANK. CAP HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY REPLACED. SUPPORTED THE ENGINE. REMOVED THE ENGINE UPPER SUPPORT INSULATOR. REPLACED THE COOLANT EXPANSION TANK. INSTALLED THE ENGINE UPPER SUPPORT INSULATOR. VACUUM FILLED THE COOLING SYSTEM. NO PRESSURE DROP DETECTED. PERFORMED A ROAD TEST TO VERIFY THE REPAIR. DURING THE ROAD TEST, TURNED ON THE HEATER TO TEST THE COOLING SYSTEM FOR AIR POCKETS. HOT AIR IS COMING FROM THE VENTS. THE COOLING SYSTEM IS AIR POCKET FREE. |
COOLANT LEAK * 35630 Noted strong coolant odor present and reservoir low. Pressure tested cooling system and trace coolant leak back to coolant outlet pipe. Removed and replaced coolant outlet pipe. Vacuum filled cooling system. Cleaned area and road tested. No further coolant leaks are present at this time. |

holding pressure. Noted coolant is all over everything as if original
repair was not cleaned properly. Thoroughly cleaned area and performed 6 mile road test. Lifted and ran vehicle in the air for 1 hour. Checked all accessible cooling system components. No external leaks or odors are present. |
