| Audio system does not work * called tech line due to customer concern reference number 4188152 was told to replace radio amplifier because no sound was coming thru radio. after replacing amplifier found radio making a cracking and popping sound. tech line advised to replace dash harness .replaced dash harness and put all parts together, found radio to still be making the same sound. called tech line again. were told to replace radio. proceeded to replace radio and after replacing the radio the problem went away popping and static issue was no longer happening old radio |

I ran card and updated card and also found 2 corrupt items.on GPS card. repaired card and put back in head unit. also made sure the sirus module was not sitting on or next to the core. it was touching the core so moved away. job complete |
