CUSTOMER INDUCING "ABORTED SHIFTS". CUSTOMER APPLYING MODERATE TO HEAVY
ACCELERATION THE LETTING OFF, THEN APPLYING BRAKE OR ACCELERATION AGAIN. THIS WILL PRODUCE A SITUATION WHERE TRANSMISSION WILL NOT BlE IN OPTIMAL ENGINE RPM RANGE TO RE-APPLY GEAR AND HAS TO ALLOW MOMENT FOR ENGINE RPM TO DECREASE OR INCREASE BASED ON DEMAND. THIS IS NORMAL OPERATION AND NO REPAIRS SHOULD BE ATTEMPTED. CUSTOMER HAS UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS FOR VEHICLE OPERATION. NO REPAIRS NEEDED, PERFORMED, OR RECOMMENDED. THE CK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. JERKING WHEN STOPPED IN GEAR * found dtc шОЗОО for a cyl misfire. Connected vehicle to gds2 and looked at misfire counters. Found slight misfire on cyl #4. Removed spark plug and coil in cyl 4 and inspected. Found no visual issues. Performed spark test and found an adequate spark. Performed compression test across all cylinders and found them all to be in the 240-2S0 psi range. Swapped spark plug to cyl 1 and misfire changed to cyl 1. Removed spark plug again and found when tapping it on NY hand the node would drop out from the bottom of it replaced the spark plug and road-tested vehicle. Cleared codes |

Installed R8444791AA :INJECTOR: FUEL Installed 68363277AA :MODULE: ENGINE CONTROLLER Installed 68441874AA :CONNECTOR: INJECTOR replaced #4 injector and test drove, the vehicle has misfire under heavy, back probed and monitored #4 injector fire, weak from ECM. replaced ECM and programmed, test drove, surging at higher speeds, star contacted, recommended replacing other 5 injectors, parts ordered but the customer picked up the vehicle on 7/3 and advised that the left fender liner was still off. |
